Varun Sharma is co-founder and CEO of Enterpret, which uses AI to analyze customer feedback. He co-founded it in June 2020 with his brother Arnav, according to TechCrunch. He had previously worked at LinkedIn.
Hundreds of Deployments at Amplitude
At Amplitude he built out the customer success team and led hundreds of product analytics deployments, he told PM Reimagined. He saw that product teams could track what users did but still lacked a clear picture of their pain points.
Trading Ideas With His Brother
Enterpret took shape in 2020 after he worked on NLP projects at Scale.ai. He and Arnav, who had done NLP research at Uber, began trading ideas about using AI to close that gap in product analytics.
