Ryan Glasgow

Ryan Glasgow is founder and CEO of Sprig, a product research platform formerly called UserLeap. He started his career as the founding product manager at five startups.

First Product Manager at Weebly

He was the first PM at Vurb, later acquired by Snapchat, and then joined Weebly in 2014, again as the first PM, he wrote on Sprig's blog. With 50 million users, Weebly's head researcher would spend days digging through survey responses, and by the time she finished the feature had often shipped. A free power user, Sean, found his Facebook profile and messaged him feature requests that did not reflect what paying users wanted.

A Year Off After 2017

After helping Weebly grow from around 40 to 300 people over three years, "I was burnt out and needed a break, so I left in 2017 and took a year off to travel," he told First Round Review. In 2018 he set out to build the research tool he had always wanted.
