Abhinav Sinha studied computer science with an AI specialization at Stanford for both his bachelor's and master's degrees, and did research at Stanford's AI Lab, he wrote on Lucidic AI's YC page. He is co-founder and CEO of Lucidic, which went through Y Combinator's Winter 2025 batch.

Trading Strategies at Citadel Securities

Sinha worked at Apple as a software engineer, and at Citadel Securities and Susquehanna International Group as a quant. His co-founders, CTO Andy Liang and Chief Scientist Jeremy Tian, also hold Stanford computer science degrees with an AI specialization.

Agent Evaluation at Lucidic

LLM ops evaluations usually work per prompt, but agent evaluations are usually per session or run, the founders wrote on Hacker News. Often "a single prompt in isolation didn't cause an issue but some downstream memory issue or previous action caused this current tool to fail."

Lucidic's answer was "rubrics," which let teams define criteria, weight them and set score definitions. An investigator agent built on Lucidic's own platform then reviews runs against those criteria.
