Zach Sivertson

Zach Sivertson joined Crosspoint Capital Partners in 2024 and is part of the firm's early-stage practice, according to his Crosspoint profile. The firm is based in Menlo Park, California.

Before Crosspoint, Sivertson was a managing director at Prelude, an early-stage venture fund specializing in cybersecurity. There he led investments in companies including Cyware, Phin Security, Evo Security, Bowtie and StructionSite, according to Mergr.

Earlier, Sivertson was a product executive at Symantec, working on product management, pricing and strategy for the enterprise product division, and led the launch of multiple 1.0 products. He holds a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. from Westminster's Gore School of Business.

Backing MIND Since Its Series A

Crosspoint led MIND's $72 million Series B on September 17, 2026, with existing investors YL Ventures and Paladin Capital Group participating, according to MIND's announcement. The round came a year after MIND's $30 million Series A and brought its total funding to $112 million.

"Since our Series A investment and MIND's selection as an RSAC Innovation Sandbox finalist, MIND has demonstrated strong momentum," Sivertson said in the announcement. "That progress has further strengthened our conviction in the company."
