Hebbia vs Document360

Which one fits
Document360 publishes and searches your own documentation, while Hebbia analyzes large sets of outside documents such as data rooms and filings.
Choose Hebbia if
- You work in finance, diligence or research and need to ask the same questions across hundreds of private documents at once.
- You want answers laid out as a grid you can check, with each answer tied to the document it came from.
- You review data rooms and filings. Hebbia is built for that kind of reading, more than for a company help center.
Choose Document360 if
- You publish a help center, product docs or API docs for customers and need versions, review workflows and analytics.
- You are moving off another tool. Document360 includes standard migration from Confluence, Google Docs, SharePoint or PDFs in most quotes.
- You want AI search and writing help on the same knowledge base. Eddy AI answers questions from your articles and helps authors draft them.
What buyers say
“Document360 is better when you’re publishing maintained KB articles. Hebbia is better when people just need to ask questions across a pile of existing documents.”

“Hebbia-style doc search is “CMD+F with AI” over the corpus. Document360 is the opposite problem, authoring and organizing what customers read.”

“Hebbia handles our diligence, where we ask the same questions across hundreds of documents and check each answer against its source. Document360 is a different job, publishing our own docs, and it does that well.”

Methodology
We read the Hebbia and Document360 pricing pages and product sites on October 16, 2026 and recorded every published price, limit and plan feature. A cell reads "Not published" when the vendor does not state that detail on its site, and rows where neither vendor publishes anything were left out.
