Which one fits

Document360 is built for publishing documentation, and Guru for answering staff questions inside their daily tools.

Choose Document360 if

  • You publish a help center, product docs or API docs for customers and need versions, review workflows and analytics.
  • You are moving off another tool. Document360 includes standard migration from Confluence, Google Docs, SharePoint or PDFs in most quotes.
  • You want AI search and writing help on the same knowledge base. Eddy AI answers questions from your articles and helps authors draft them.

Choose Guru if

  • Your support, sales or operations staff need answers inside the tools they already use, drawn from verified company knowledge.
  • You worry about stale answers. Guru's knowledge agents can now mark information as verified or unverified.
  • You want AI search across company knowledge, along with a knowledge base.

What buyers say

“Guru is better when experts need verification nudges on cards so the wiki doesn’t rot. Document360 is better when you need a structured, versioned help center readers can browse.”

“We picked Guru for card search and a bookmarklet our support agents live in. I’d only look at Document360 if the main job was a public docs site with categories, not Slack-side cards.”

hv23 · HN · · source

“Document360 is where we publish the customer help center, with versions and review workflows. Guru is what support agents use for internal answers, and the verified marker helps with stale content.”
